FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n

HOW MUCH DOES AN SURFSIDE STORKS \u201cNEW BABY\u201d ANNOUNCEMENT YARD SIGN RENTAL COST? WHAT IS THE LENGTH OF THE RENTAL PERIOD?<\/strong>
We charge $79.00 for the rental sign of your choice, the rental period is 3 days, and $99.00 for the 3 day rental of multiples. We have now introduced gender reveal into the mix and the rental for 1 day of $89.00  After the allotted days we will pick up the stork sign and leave the bundle, and star (if ordered for a sibling) at the front door for the recipient to keep. Our \u201cNew Baby\u201d lawn signs costs about the same as sending flowers, but is so much more personal and lasts a lifetime.<\/p>\n

WHAT COLOR VINYL WILL YOU USE ON THE BUNDLE, STARS SIGNS?<\/strong>
Baby Bundle Signs:
Black is our default color simply because black is the only color that can be read from afar (the street). However, if you have a color preference we will try to accommodate your color. Please be sure to let us know in the comments box. If no other color is requested we will use black.<\/p>\n

WHERE WILL THE YARD SIGN BE PLACED?
<\/b>We will choose the best location in the yard for visibility, as well as for photo ops. Having said that, there are sometimes issues such as utility boxes, tree roots, automatic lawn sprinklers, or landscaping that will interfere with placement. We will use our best judgement in those cases and it always works out fine. If you have a specific location you would like the yard sign to be placed, please let us know in the comments section and we will do our best to place it there. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee the exact placement of the sign to the specifications you give us unless you are home when we deliver the sign or you have not obviously marked the location with an easy to see marker in the yard. We will get as close as possible.
Please Note: We are unable to place a sign in front of any public utility boxes, water mains, or any other edifice owned by the city. We also cannot obstruct access to these areas as we will be fined by the city.<\/p>\n

WHAT AREA DO YOU SERVICE? WILL YOU DELIVER SIGNS FOR DISPLAY ON THE PROPERTY OF COMMERCIAL BUSINESS LOCATIONS OR APARTMENTS?<\/b>
We serve all of Volusia County. If you do not reside in Volusia County just ask. It will be a judgement call for distance. If you are outside of Volusia County there will be a delivery fee in addition.
Unfortunately we cannot deliver our signs for display at commercial business locations, nor condominiums, or apartment complexes. These properties are community property so management does not allow it. We will deliver to town homes as long as there is a small patch of grass or area we can use to set up our stork signs. The grass has to be for the use of the homeowner or lessee. We deliver all of our signs to residential lawns.<\/i><\/p>\n

DO YOU CHARGE FOR DELIVERY OUTSIDE OF VOLUSIA COUNTY?
<\/b>Yes all deliveries are subject to the following delivery fees:
There are no extra mileage fees inside Volusia County
15 to 20 miles outside of Volusia County: $20
over 30 miles will strictly be a judgement call
All miles will be determined by google maps from business address to your home<\/p>\n

WHAT IF IM ORDERING FOR MULTIPLE BIRTHS?
<\/b>We will set up a separate sign for each baby. Our twins, triplets stork signs are priced at a discounted rate of $99.00 total plus applicable tax <\/p>\n

ARE SIBLING SIGNS OFFERED?
<\/b>Yes we offer sibling stars at $13.00 each. ______ Is A Proud big sister and______ Is A Proud big brother love being included in the excitement. These are the options available for sibling signs.

DO YOU OFFER SERVICES FOR GRANDPARENTS?
<\/b>Not at this time.<\/p>\n

WHAT DAYS DO YOU DELIVER AND PICK UP THE SIGNS?
<\/b>All our signs are delivered and picked up seven days per week. <\/p>

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I PLACE MY ORDER?<\/b><\/p>

If you are wanting a stork in place before the new parents arrive home with the baby, you must order your stork no later than 4:00pm the day before they are to be discharged from the hospital. Earlier notice is always better but 4:00pm is our cutoff for next day deliveries.<\/p>\n

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
<\/b>We will issue a full refund if any of the following apply:
\u2022 We will issue a refund if cancelled 48 hours prior to delivery but will incur.
\u2022 Extreme weather conditions prevent us from setting up your stork.<\/p>\n

We will NOT issue a refund if any of the following apply:
\u2022 If we are not able to enter a gated community due to not given a gate code or gate code doesn\u2019t work.
\u2022 If the guard at the community refuses to grant us entry Please note: When we are delivering our lawn signs we are very busy we will wait at the gate for no longer than 15 minutes while the security guard contacts the homeowner to grant access. Please be sure and make arrangements with the security guard before we deliver the lawn sign.
\u2022 Either the homeowner or the recipient will not allow us to set the sign up or contacts us to remove the sign prior to the end of the rental period.
\u2022 If there is an animal on the property that is threatening or will not allow us to set the sign up.<\/p>\n

WHAT IF THE LAWN SIGN GET\u2019S DAMAGED?
<\/b>If you notice any damage to the sign we ask that you contact us immediately (386-585-5099). Although our signs are very durable and weather-resistant, they are not designed to be climbed on. We will not be held responsible or liable for any and all injuries involving the sign while the sign is on the renter\u2019s property. The homeowner where the rental sign is being displayed will be responsible for payment of any damage the sign incurs while on the owner\u2019s property.<\/p>\n

We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express using secure payment through Paypal, don\u2019t have a Paypal account? You can still enter your credit card information for a secure transaction through Paypal. We require all rentals to be paid in advance before delivery.
